Ratsey and Lapthorn reserves the right to make changes, even substantial ones, to these conditions of use at any time, informing the user of them by specific notices notified when accessing the site. Access subsequent to the change notice implies complete acceptance by the User of the new conditions of use.
1. PRICES
All prices published in this website are in retail prices in GDB and do not include taxes, duties, import fees, service or delivery charges that may be imposed by another country. Ratsey and Lapthorn will not be responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees or custom fees associated with the import of any of our products into another country. We retain the right to adjust the prices at any items without prior notice.
2. DELIVERY TIME & CHARGES
All delivery estimates are based upon working days, Ratsey and Lapthorn will not be held responsible for delays as a result of a third party courier.
3. STOCK
Due to the nature of production of Ratsey and Lapthorn products, it cannot be guaranteed that all items are in stock at all times. In the event the item is not in stock, you will receive an email or phone call from us to communicate the anticipated delivery date. We aim for all out of stock items to be made and despatched within 2 weeks of the order placement date. You are within your rights to request a refund if the proposed delivery date is not satisfactory to you.
4. RETURNS
All products purchased from Ratsey and Lapthorn will have a 30-day return period from the date of purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, simply return the goods in their original packaging and in an un-used condition. Once the return is approved the full purchase price excluding shipping will be refunded. If the item is being returned due to a manufacturing default then Ratsey and Lapthorn will also refund cost of the original and return postage.
Return Procedure:
At our sole discretion, Ratsey and Lapthorn reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of any item that does not meet our requirements set out above.
